BCPL received Vasundhara Award for significant contribution towards environmental conservation in the State of Maharashtra through viable and cost-effective means in Common Effluent Treatment Plant Category.
The award was presented by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra on 6th June 2018 at Yashwantrao Chavan Prathisthan,Nariman Point, Mumbai-400021.
About Vasundhara Award:
The Vasundhara Award organized by the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) recognizes industries and urban local bodies who have made a significant contribution towards environmental conservation in the State of Maharashtra through viable and cost-effective means. The categories for the Vasundhara Award 2018 include Large Scale Industries and Micro, Small & Medium scale industries, Municipal Corporations and Municipal Councils and Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP).
